Dr. Chang-Chun Lee

Professor Chang-Chun Lee has published more than 270 journal/conference papers in the area of computational solid mechanics, flexible displays, physical reliability investigation of nano-micro devices, strained silicon engineering, and advanced electronic packaging/ MEMS technology. He was responsible for more than 50 electronic packaging/MEMS and display technology projects related to flexible OLED devices, package simulation/design, and reliability estimation of 3D-ICs.
