Biography
Dr. Wong received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Penn. State University in 1988. His research areas include electronics cooling and methanol reformer. Some of his recent research topics include: design and performance tests for ultra-thin vapor chambers with a 0.4 mm thickness, development of novel thin vapor chambers, and visualization and evaporation resistance measurement for novel composite wicks in operating flat heat pipes.
