Dr. Cheng-Hsien Liu

Biography
Dr. Cheng-Hsien Liu received his master degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 1995 and PhD degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford Universityin 2000, respectively. While at Stanford, he worked with Prof. Kenny and focused his Ph.D. research on high-performance MEMS (MicroElectroMechanical Systems) sensors with the performance enhancement via advanced feedback control techniques.
