Dr. Chien-Chung Fu

Dr. Fu received his doctor degree from the Institute for Micro Structure Technology (IMT), Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany in 2003. This institute is famous for micro fabrications especially in LIGA process. Dr. Fu has more than twelve years experience in the fi eld of high aspect ratio micro/nanostructures fabrication. He was the holder of the National Scholarship to Study Abroad from Ministry of Education (1999-2002).
