Biography

Dr. J. Andrew Yeh is co-appointed as Professor by Institute of NanoEngineering and Microsystems (iNEMS) and Department of Power Mechanical Engineering (PME) at National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan). His interests focus on dielectric liquid lenses, InN-based ambient sensors and wafer-level nanostructures for mechanical/bio/opto applications. Dr. Yeh was a post-doctoral associate at Cornell University in the USA in 1999.
