Biography
Professor K. N. Chiang has published more than 350 journal/conference papers in the area of computational solid mechanics, electronic/optical packaging, MEMS and nanotechnology. He is one of the pioneer researchers of Parallel Computation and Supercomputing, he has frequently organized, and served as a program chair, technical committee and session chair on international and ASME/IEEE sponsored conferences.
